Terms and conditions

By using or buying from the SOVA store at sova.fast you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our shipping policy, return policy, payment policy and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

SOVA is an Egyptian manufacturer of medical supplies, selling directly to individuals and to medical and business customers in Egypt.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password and verification codes secret, and for activity on your account.
  • Business accounts get prices by business type as soon as they register. We may verify business details and change the account's group or suspend it if they turn out to be incorrect.
  • The owner of a company account is responsible for the users they add and their permissions.

3. Products and information

  • We take care that product descriptions and images are accurate; colours or packaging may differ slightly.
  • Product information is for identification only and is not medical advice. Use products according to the instructions on the packaging, under professional supervision where needed.
  • Single-use products must not be reused.

4. Prices and availability

  • Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change without notice. The binding price is the one shown when you confirm the order.
  • If a price is clearly wrong or an item goes out of stock after you order, we tell you and you can change or cancel the order with a full refund of anything paid.
  • Business quotes are valid until the expiry date stated on them.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when payment is confirmed or we approve the order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order that appears not genuine or breaches these terms, refunding anything paid.
  • Company credit is subject to the agreed limit and term; we may suspend credit purchases when payments are late.

6. Intellectual property

The SOVA name and logo and the website's text, images and designs belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, try to break into or disrupt it, create fake orders or accounts, or collect other users' data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to that order's value, and we are not liable for indirect damage from misuse of products or use contrary to their instructions. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, which we will first try to settle amicably.
